Gears installed!!

Got my gears installed last night. Thank God my brother-in-law did it for me. Have any of you ever seen a gear removal that required a sawzall and air chisel? The cross pin would not come out for anything. He hammered on it for about 15 minutes then decided to get the sawzall out and cut the carrier up. Said he had never had to do it like that before. Took about 3 hours. Man did it make a difference. Barks 2nd pretty good now. Now I need to get back to the track and see how much of a difference it really made.

I had to use a Dremel with a whiz wheel & 150' of extension cord at a junkyard to cut the crosspin retainer through the carrier & all. Invented a couple of new words that day.
