Blazer floorboards! No rust!!! Finally!!

My husband Ken is a welder and an awesome one at that!!! He replaced both rockers, both kickplates, and almost the whole passenger floorboard area where the seat bolts on. He fabricated up his own floorboard with bead rolled grooves and did the hump area where the seat sits also! Very impressive! This is after paint and it is going in for Line-x this week sometime!

It looks great, when can your husband come over and work on my blazer?

You wouldn't happen to have any pics of the process on how the inner rockers are supposed to look before welding the outer rockers?

I want to get an idea what I'll be up against before I start on mine.

BTW, how are going to get the paint off the vin tag?

Paul.

That is awesome.

I too would like to see pics before the new outer rockers were in place.

Yeah.....

I was not to happy about the vin tag- what can I do to that to get the paint off? Anything?

Here's a pic of before the rockers and stuff went on...I think he made his own inner rockers...we didn't know you could buy em! Duh! He bought the outer rockers and a front floorboard piece and the kickplates. He has been a welder as a profession since he was 18! Lots of experience.
