It is brand new... You would be better off buying a new one... this one has been installed and I pulled it investigating the guts... I think everything has been restored besides the gauges themselves... SO I will prob. take it apart and paint needles to practice for when I start repairing tachs in very near future.... I am restoring some bezels right now actually... I have a thread titled "gauge parts galore... I have a LOT of nice bezels on there... All the black faces are flawless... the chrome trim just needs touched up... Let me know...we will figure out something buddy.

I was really surprised on this one because it came in just over the dimensional weight limit.. .It weighs 35 lbs but was only billable weight of 38.. $23.96 UPS shipping buddy... $140 for hitch...Just call it $160 shipped. Like I said...It is virtually brand new.. .But you know how I roll..lol
