Re: 1967 C10 "Sinister"
HA HA Starting point... got a few years and lots of $ wrapped up in it already... thanks though, its getting there slowly!
I saw a cool quote in Street Trucks "If I had all the money I sunk into all my cars (trucks) I would sink it all right back into them"

Re: 1967 C10 "Sinister"
Thinking of going back to the steelies.... Except paint them black with the short beauty ring... It looks more old school like that while I am doing body n paint. Then when I get the bag kit in... Pop da black 20s back on... I can't even make up my mind as to what color I want it. Ha ha ha decisions decisions...

Re: 1967 C10 "Sinister"
Spray bomb, I actually started my first build on this truck in 2004... your thread starts in 2007 so, that makes mine the OG! Regardless, who cares? Thanks for the props.

Re: 1967 C10 "Sinister"
Gonna drop the front end to a 5" this weekend... I have the room and the springs so... its on. Now I need to put the C-notches in to get the rear down a bit. I already did the shock relocators and adjustable panhard bar so... just need the notches to put er down!

Re: 1967 C10 "Sinister"
OK, here she is now. Couldnt stand the purple... Smoothing out the body little by little. picked up the tailgate the other day along with some other parts... I sprayed the fins on the old school edelbrock vavle covers, now I need to find a air cleaner to match but... she is coming along.
Took off the 20's too, it rode like crap and the roads of Hawaii suck! POTHOLES everywhere! I like the old school rallys anyway

Re: 1967 C10 "Sinister"
Anyone know how to wire up the reverse light from an aftermarket floor shifter? I have a B&M floor shifter with a reverse light switch on it but, where do I tap into the wiring?

They are everywhere because they look great on our trucks and the coys (and especially the 338's and the knock-offs) are much cheaper than other options... I like individuality also...but it's hard to argue with how good they look
