Future project Step-N-Wolf
Scored this 67 C-10 short stepper as part of a package parts deal (CST Garage Find) a little while back. I have my hands full with my 70 GMC Big Block build but I really like the Idea of building a patina rat-rod after looking at the patina, shop logo thread on here. As I work on my pretty truck I keep wondering over to this one over and over again so I decided to hang some sheet metal on it. Man, this thing is cool.
It has the correct 283, 3 on the tree, posi rear (from the factory, I have the original invoice) and I have the Title. The only thing I need is the bed box and I'm working on getting that. I have litterally every other piece I need to put it on the road. Here is the short of it... I'll cut the springs down and slam it, bolt it all together, wire it, get it running with decent brakes, align it, tag it and drive it! No paint, no body work, barn door for a bed floor and Wala! Less than a $1000 and I got Step-N-Wolf. Can't wait to get started!
