Dynamat!

Asking everyone with dynamat setups. Does anyone know where to get dynamat pre cut floor liners for a gmc pickup?

Re: Dynamat!

Not sure if they sell precut or not, but it's not hard to buy a roll and cut it yourself.

Re: Dynamat!

dynamat is super easy to do yourself, but for the price, I would stick with fatmat, almost as good as quality for a LOT cheaper

Re: Dynamat!

I did my Impala with sheets of 18"x 32". They don't make precut kits.
It was very easy to work with.

Re: Dynamat!

My vote is Second Skin Damplifier but any self-sticks are easy to
cut and place without paying the extra for a kit (if ones available).

I also have found lots of other uses for my scraps so all is not
lost if you order too much.

Re: Dynamat!

Self adhesive flashing from local hardware store. (Peel N Seal) Cheaper yet... Seems a bit thin to me, but I plan to use regular insulation over it, so that's what I'll go with. Hushmat and Dynamat are awfully proud of their products.

Re: Dynamat!

A Reminder: This stuff is heavy, so shipping can get expensive. Look for the best deal including shipping.

X2 here, I used the stuff, called Quick Roof, from Home depot as I am always into the low buck approach. It comes on a roll in 3,6 or 12 inch widths and about 25 square feet per roll. I used 6 inch wide, two rolls was about $45 and I put two layers on the cab floor and it wroked out really nice. SOme people ask about any odor or issues as it is sold as a rooofing product but I dod not have any.
