Front airbag airline exit point??
Where is the best spot to drill the hole to run the airline out from the bag in the front?? Also I assume it would be very wise to put a grommet of sort in to?? Anyone GOT PICS??

I drilled a hole on the backside of the coil pocket and ran my lines down the frame. I used a grommet but I don't have any pics, sorry.

Phantom, I 'm the same as 5-8. I don't have any pics of where the line exits. It depends on what degree of angle fitting you use as to where it should exit at, but it will probably come out the top.
On my 77 it came to the inside, so there were fewer holes drilled. If a grommet won't work, slide a piece of rubber hose over the line for protection. If you are using dot plastic line, be very careful around it. Even the slightest slip with a razor can cause a scratch that will later split when under pressure... Ask me how I know?

Phantom- run it straight up and out. You are runnig cups right? If you go out the side you are going to have to drill 2 holes and make sure they line up all the time. On mine I ran a line straight up and out- I put my bag in there and check where my line will go straight through. It works on the newer truck that I have done. I will try and take a pic in the next couple days and show you what I mean.

That's exactly what I did on my 84 yesterday. I am using 1/2 ID push-loc line, and I wrapped a split piece of heater hose around it where it goes through the crossmember.....worked REAL slick.

I may get really crazy (stupid) and run hard line through the frame and then into bag?? Probably kind of hard at the connection point to access though!! would really look sweet!!
