Autometer Vacuum Gauge

Anyone ever try to put one of these Autometer Vacuum gauges in a 64-66 "gauge" cluster?
Amazon.com: Auto Meter 3484 Sport-Comp... Amazon.com: Auto Meter 3484 Sport-Comp...
This model is 2-5/8" diameter, which would be large enough
to actually read.

Would be curious to know troubles with cutting the cluster
to fit the gauges that anyone has experience with.
Thanks, Tom
