Question on some rally wheels I picked up yesterday

After searching last night and this morning, I'm still lost (and since there's an abundance of knowledgeable people on here, figured I'd ask...)

Anybody know what these came off of or if a set of truck rally centers will work?

Rims: 5x5" pattern, 15" diameter, 7.5" width (inside lip to inside lip,) with a 2.5" backspace, inside nubs (on the centers) for the baby moons (only 2 of the bowtie ones and 5 of the plain,) and no open areas between the wheel center and outer "hoop"

Might just roll them as-is and put the caps up on the bay... The chrome isn't too bad, just needs a good polish. I think some rally centers would look good on these, tho...

They look like aftermarket smoothies to me with car rally police center caps.

Do rally caps bolt to the wheel or is there an adapter they bolt to?

Rally caps bolt directly to the wheel with 3- 5/16" bolts.
