headers

I have a chance to buy some hooker super comp headers. They are on a 84 chevy truck. Do these fit the 67-72 frame without much work? If your using them did you like them? These are for a small block. Thanks.

Re: headers

Hooker Super Comps are one of the best headers made.

However... I have no idear if the later model truck header will fit the 67-72's.

Re: headers

I was curious. I think the jegs list them for 67-87. I didn't know if anybody had do modifications to make them fit.

Hey Gary on Hooker is the part# still stamped on the inside of the flange that bolts to the head. If so he can look the part# on line and see what years it fits. If they were standard hooker comps they are good from 67-83
2wd chevy trucks with super comps not sure. Of course you and me know how much super comps cost new.

Re: headers

Those headers look great, but it seems like they hang a little too low. Do most LT headers fit like that on these trucks?
