Re: 1967-72 jacks ??

a mechanical screw driven bottle jack came with all pickups 67 - 72. A long handle to twist the jack up, and a lug wrench. The handle and lug wrench went in a foam type bag and stood verticly in the passenger side cab corner retained by a wire retainer. The bottle jack sat on the passnger side floor behinde the seat, retained by a coil spring holding it in a sheet metal holder.

My 71 has both the original jack, handle, and lug wrench still wrapped in the foam stuff.

I seem to recall that 73-87's used a similar jack. Anyone know if they are the same. They are still pretty plentiful and might be a good substituion.
