All screwed up
Looking for the three screws that hold the cables to the A/C heater control unit. Also looking for the two screws that hold the unit bracket to the dash. Thanks Rob

Re: All screwed up
Would these be the same as a non-a/c truck? If so I am pretty sure I can come up with all 5 screws. I will check Tuesday night to make sure I have all 5.

Re: All screwed up
Here are the 2 screws that hold the heater control head to the dash and the 3 that hold the cables to the back of the heater control head. If you are not in a big hurry I can ship them to Canada USPS First Class for a total of $5.00 or quit a bit more if you want USPS Priority Mail. Thanks, Todd

Re: All screwed up
Todd, this might sound dumb, but the bracket that hold the unit to the dash appears to be 1/4 nc, would that be correct?

Re: All screwed up
Do you mean the threads on the screws is 1/4 nc? If so they look like screw style tread to me. I can get a better picture.

Re: All screwed up
I would call them a 1/4" screw.

Re: All screwed up
I have seen some A/C units with the bracket taking a fine thread screw before.

Re: All screwed up
Thanks Eric. Mine are from a heat only control head and might be different.

Re: All screwed up
Non air heater controls use the sheet metal type screw and screw into the pot metal part of the controls, where as A/C controls use 1/4 20 screws that screw into a steel bracket bolted to the controls.
