Can not find lower radiator hose that fits! please help!

Has anyone had problems finding a lower radiator hose that fits?

I'm running a BeCool radiator with a 1 5/8" outlet.
&
A Tuff Stuff long water pump with a 1 3/4" inlet.

This being said, every single stock molded hose has an i.d. that is too small. The only flex hose i found is a Dayco and it kinks on the ends where there is no internal wire that prevents kinking. It kinks because I have to bend the Hell out of it in order to dodge the frame rail.

Any suggestions? Please help!

A quick/east fix is to use muffler/exhaust pipe reducers for connecting 2 different hoses. Run a hose that fits the water pump outlet to the reducer that necks down to the hose size for the radiator.

I've done this on 2 different applications (my old 78 ElCamino & in my 68 Beater) w/no issues.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Do the spectre hoses kink at all? I have to make 2 sharp bends.
