It's been a while
Hey guys. I haven't been around in a good while. Just been busy with "life" and its problems. Hope everyone is good. I just posted dad's truck in the classified section. He is having to sell it. Since he is retired and my mother's health is not the where it should be, he is selling it because the money will sure come in handy for medical bills and such. In fact, he is going for a job interview tomorrow. He will soon be 69 and is having to come out of retirement and go back to work. I am thankful he is able to work but still. Anyhow, spread the word for me guys. It is an awesome truck and will made a killer machine when finished.
Here is a link of it running: Take care, http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/c...evy-swb&cat=11 |

Re: It's been a while
Very sorry to hear that, the medical issues and needing to sell the truck. I can really sympathize. One more surprise surgery and we'll be facing similar decisions. Sure sounds fantastic in the clip. Good luck with all of it.

Re: It's been a while
Thanks guys. I really appreciate your prayers and support. I am hoping in time her issues will be sorted out and she can again have the quality of life she once knew. Maybe Dad will get to see some length of retirement before he's gone. I hope that if he gets this job it have to be forever. Thanks again guys. We appreciate it.

Re: It's been a while
i agree with everyone else...sorry to hear about your mom, & i hope she gets better....life sucks sometimes, & you just roll with the punches....i wish you dad the best of luck as well....i'll keep ya'll in my thoughts & prayers
on another note, is there a build thread for this truck? do you think your dad would consider selling the rolling chassis/drivetrain separately? i will mention it to my dad who is kicking himself for not purchasing a pro-street chassis a while back....i know yours doesn't look to be completely pro-street, but it has that look...he's not a member, but i'll send him a link to see what you have

I will talk with him and see what he says about selling the rolling chassis. He got his job today so he has been pretty busy all day. I will try and talk to him later this week. Thanks |
