65 sububan with barn doors question
Did all suburbans with barn doors have the white stripe between the rear tail lights. I'm restoring mine back to original, and don't really like the white stripe. I don't really recall ever seeing one that was original that didn't have it and was wondering if it's just that I've never run across one.

Have you got the original air in the tyres? No? Paint it how you like then

Getting a straight answer can be tough sometimes. NO opinions please. I'm trying to make this a true to original restoration.

Was that not part of the Option when you had two tone paint. White top with whatever color as a base.

Not sure, even Ratty's 63 panel has the white stripe and it's solid blue. It appears to be the original paint color.

Looking at the back of my Panel it does as you say have the white stripe, and it does appear to be in the original paint. However as the whole truck was signwritten its hard to say if this was 'factory' or not.
