Where to buy a quality fuel tank sending unit?
hello, i believe that the sender in my 72 K10 is faulty. it is original i do know that. when i hook up the wire it reads empty and when i unhook it, it then reads full. i bought a LMC one for my 68 C20 and like everything from LMC i am not impressed by the quality and constant bouncing needle in the 68. is there a place you folks get in-cab fuel sending units that are made with better quality?

Bought mine from Classic Parts in 08, and it's still working perfectly, I would also say that it's a safe bet that Wes at Classic Hearbeat has quality senders.

I purchased mine from Classic parts and works great. My brass float was bad at the time of ordering did not know that or I would have just got the float.

I also got mine from Classic about a year ago. Works fine - no bouncing. The only problem I had was after about 6 months, it stopped working. Pulled it out and found the wide strap from the sender to the stud had bent and grounded to the pick-up tube. Little bend back and still working fine.
