Need pics of Trucks with 295/55/15s!

ive got 15x10s on my 70, it has 31s on it which im my opinion look stupid. im thinking of going 295x55x15 on the rear, i like the fat rear tire look. does anyone have these on the back end of their trucks? whats the narrowest tire i can put on a 15x10 up front safely thats a lower profile? thanks guys.

My '71 has 295/50-15s on the rear.

295/55-15s would be a little taller.

Dunno. It was lowered when I bought it but I'm not happy with the ride. Planning on replacing everything with CPP 4/6 kit in a couple of months.

I highly recommend using ECE parts. Better quality and better customer service after the sale if needed.

OP, where can you find 295/55/15's?

Mickey Thompson makes them in their street radial.

Thought about ECE but CPP is a 20 minute drive versus about 7 hours to ECE

Re: Need pics of Trucks with 295/55/15s!

This probably won't help, but I try to contribute when I can. Mine are not 295s, but for comparison, stock ride height, 265/70-15s. My 89 project currently has 31X10.50R15s and it appears to be stock ride height. I took this pic the day I bought the truck, before the wrecker took it to my house for new brakes.
