H58 Axle

I just ran across a listing for a 34000# axle, under RPO H58. What on earth is it, does anyone know? I know it's an Eaton, but any other details?

The "H58" doesn't come up in forum search:

H58 Single Speed Rear Axle - 7.17 Ratio - Eaton 34000#

Re: H58 Axle

BTW, for what its worth, when I searched on Google the only 34000# Eaton axles I could find were in long-haul Freightliner semis! But what would it be doing in a C10-C30?
