Good day

Well I came home from working out of town ( home on weekends only) and during the week I had one part delivered and went to the parts store to pick up the second. Here they are. WOOO HOOOO!

Has anyone adjusted one of these??? Do I adjust it with weight on the axle so it will be as centered as possible??? Also a little tube of grease came with it, is this for where the bolts go through or somewhere else???
