Ah the memories

I found this picture this am at the shop, This is my dads company's truck, this pic was taken in 78. (the date is hard to see in the pics)1970 k10 350 4 speed longbed 4x4. base truck, no frills.
I used to move boats around the yard with this truck in the mid 80's. First truck i learned to drive a stick (in the yard that is).

After we retired it fro a new 86 heavy 3/4 it went to my grandad and he used it for many years to haul his boat. Wish i knew what happen to it.

So this is part of my love for blue and white trucks (company color). I plan to recreate the door logo for my truck and patina it. I have a spare set of doors just for this. i think it will be cool to have the logo on my truck.

Re: Ah the memories

It was pretty beat up, my grandad used it for haulin the boat and some wood. He sold it in the early 90's, its probably a plow truck somewhere. If i ever find the old paperwork on it, i might be able to find the VIN and run it.
