cab mount question

Last night I started to swap out my cab and radiator core mounts with a kit from the Truck Shop. Mine had been swapped out by P.O. with a 3 inch body lift . Out of the 6 bolts, 2 are thicker than the other 4. Anybody know which ones should be the thick ones? Also, when I test fitted the core support, the bolts in the kit look too long, the threads dont seem to go all the way up to the bottom of the lower cushion. Am I missing something here? Is it a bad kit? Im tryin to have the truck back on the road by Friday and I'm gettin nervous

I purchased all new bolts for mine from LMC and the front cab bolts were the thickest (I believe 9/16"). The core support and rear cab bolts were 1/2" or 7/16".

Anyone know how long the bolts are and if I'm missing anything?

WEs helped me out. No more body lift. 5 inch drop in the back. Not sure if my 3 inch drop in the front will put it too low. All I know is I feel like a 14 year old kid in a cold breeze (no offense to our young members).
