WTB-Hand Throttle Assembly 71/72
This is the hand throttle that is on the dash bezel. Must be complete and correct for 71/72. Sorry, 67-70 assemblies won't work. Thanks in advance.

This is the 67-70 style I do not want. The 71/72 is very similar, except it's shorter and there is a bracket that bolts to the pedal assembly bracket inside the cab. The style pictured passes thru the firewall and attaches to the pedal rod assembly to carb.

hmmm my 72 throttle cable didn't have the plate, it just clamped onto a support brace uder the dash. And the handle was chrome in color, not black. Now I wonder what year mine was

this allows you to set the engine idle speed faster in cab, so you can run things off a pto...like a winch or snowplow.

Sorry, Jeff: mine's the earlier one. I wish I'd gotten the one in the St. Louis junkyard last November. . . .

Is the knob, attaching hardware, and "Thottle" tag plate with it too, because that's definately the 71/72 style I'm looking for.
How come you're selling if you bought it recently, and how much shipped to 03580?

There is no Knob. I'd have to go home and look if the attaching hardware is there. The Throttle tag plate is present.
I decided not to use it. I'll give it up for $35 total. I'll pay shipping out of that. Piper |

Is knob post threaded for a screw-on type knob like the choke knob, or does it have a flat edge for a set screw like the wiper knob? I'm interested if all hardware to attach to dash and pedal is there. Thanks
