is this original upholstery?
I was wondering if anyone can tell, or knows if this is the original upholstery that came with this 1971 C 20 custom camper longhorn? Thanks

Re: is this original upholstery?
The closest interior to what you have is in Highlanders - but they were 72 only.

Re: is this original upholstery?
Is yours a '71 Custom Deluxe or a '70 Custom?I can't see the pedals, but I see it has the rubber mat. Either way,the picture in post #5 would be the correct seat upholstery.

Re: is this original upholstery?
THANKS! you guys are awesome, really! The truck is a custom camper, longhorn, sorry I should have stated that to begin with. Special K, I was hoping you'de respond, you're the rock! Samey, great pics, nice trucks! do you have pics of the putside too?
I'll see if I can save these pics for use when I have to re do the seat. (I gusee dad replaced the original at some time. It's been interesting to find out what dad did to the truck thru the years that took it away from being "original". I'd like to take it back to original as I go along. Thanks again |

Re: is this original upholstery?
It may not be original, but it looks so natural in there. That just screams '60's. Love the matching steering wheel cover.

Re: is this original upholstery?
yes, it looks pretty good in there. The color matches very well, in spite of the pictures shown. I'm not taking off the steering wheel cover till it rots off. Then I'll have to refurbish the steering wheel, what a job that looks like!
actually picture #4 looks very similar to the interior of my truck. (the door panels match better than pic 5). |
