The Third one turns, an the end one wont move. Looks like its pull. |

The 3rd one looks like a wiper switch. The 4th may be san aux tank sending unit switch. You'd switch it to get the correct sending unit to give the fuel level. Just guessing. I had one on a truck but I sold it with it. Never saw the back side of it.
