york 210 fittings

Does anyone know a better (cheaper) option to this

I got my pump but it did not come with any fittings, I know I can buy the at kilby but I think 50 big ones is a little much for two fittings
Any help is greatly appreciated

Re: york 210 fittings

If you tap it, shouldn't you use a NPT (or what ever the tapered tap is)?

I bit the bulltet and bought the Kilby's...I don't know if those pieces you scored are going to handle the PSI you're going to fill the tank to with just a barbed end. Maybe I'm wrong here but sometimes $50 is worth a piece of mind.

Re: york 210 fittings

I traced around those ftgs on a piece of 5/16 steel, cut it on a band saw, drilled holes for it, and then used gasket material. tapped for 3/8 pipe, been running it like that for a couple of years
