Brakes??
My brake light is on.....what is the most common cause of this?? What should I check first? Fluid looks fine!

The E-Brake can be "on/slightly depressed"

it may also be a blown wheel cylender or caliper. There is a pressure switch in your proportioning valve that can also go if the O rings are shot.

mine has been on forever and i finally stopped caring. I mean i looked and looked and looked and i could not find anything wrong. Even took it to Les Schwab and got a shrug! My abs light comes on with it. and you know if the abs light is on you can narrow it down to 6 or 7 dozen things!
