3rd Gen..
Bought this '92 Z/28 quite a while back, and decided to work on it as a project for my 8yr old son...I know alot of people don't care for the 3rd gen Camaros, but with some work they can be a pretty nice car...Haven't really done too much to it lately, but when I first bought it I went through and managed to get everything working as it should, with the exception of the AC which still needs a new compressor...Picked up some used Welds for it last year and threw them on...spent a solid weekend buffing out the neglected paint, and ordered small things for it here and there....Would love to eventually throw a LS motor in it someday......Trying to get the truck done first, and then we will start focusing on this again..I figure I still have a few more years before I can "pass the keys", so I should be safe for a while....

Re: 3rd Gen..
Beautiful car! My first car was a black '82 Z28 and I got it in 1992. As of Feb 15th, I've had the car for 20 years now. I've managed to keep it all these years, and I also plan on passing mine down to my boy.

Re: 3rd Gen..
Thanks.....Have you kept the car factory/stock all these years or..?...I love the torque of the TPI motors, but they are the "old-dogs" per say.....I really want to build up a LS motor, but that will be a few years from now...

Re: 3rd Gen..
I like really like the third gen F-bodies, the TA is a little nicer, but that is a really good looking Camaro you have there. It's nice to see one that hasn't been trashed like most of them are.
