VIN Plate Question
My Bro-in-Law just bought an old Toyota Land Cruiser for off-roading. He bought it over eBay sight unseen except for some pics. He just got it home and tried to get it licensed only to find out that the VIN plate is gone. The KS Hiway Patrol is telling him he will need to get an attorney to get him a new VIN Plate. Anyone have any dealings with missing VIN Plates?
Thanks!
