Sorry, but all the mounts are powder coated. You can re-coat if needed.

Rob,
I've already picked up your panhard kit and the rear shock relocate bits. I found that the chassis mount for the panhard didn't fit up as well as I'd hoped. The truck has never been hit and all the rivits and members are tight. I bolted the to bracket parts together and bolted that assembly to the cross member and frame with the four lower bolts (provided in kit). You can see from the photo that the side bracket is a long ways from vertical. I loosened the four screws holding the brackets together and yarded on it with a come-a-long from the back of the frame rail - not enough. I then removed the single rivit fromt the top of the frame rail in attempt to "twist" the cross memeber. I started pulling it straight and wasn't liking that method. I think now I'll pull the four bolts from the bottom, mount the side plate vertically as it should be, weld the cross member to the frame rail and come up with a "wedge" between the lower bracket and the cross member. Do you suppose this area may be different in my LWB as apposed to the SWB?

I filled the holes and used the lower bracket to relocate it and drilled new holes in the proper position , but I also had to do some additional mods to the Bracket

and they swapped out the bracket and believe fixed his problem

Hey thanks for that info! Mine is definately the same scenario as BustedTruck had. I tried loosening everything, thinking I could tighten it all down in a way that would pull it all together but nadda. It's a bunch off. There must be some oddity with our frames?? Hopefully Rob has a plan.

i would think the way those shocks are angeled out at the top that the shocks will work against the geometry of the rearends motion of the track bars

rob, in duallyjams pic the panhard seems to be mounted under the lowering block. I have not installed mine yet but i have been wondering if it is mounted ontop or under the block.
Does this make any difference?

Yep, level at ride hieght is the goal. We spoke the other day, and there were some issues getting the rear axle centered. One tip is to loosen all of the rear suspension bolts, Trailing arm pivits, U-bolts, even the spring retainers, then get the axle centered and level, then tighten it all back up. I'm not sure if this is fully compressed at RH, it is on skates, or looks like it. If the truck is not 100% complete, it may drop in the back a bit more. The panhard mount plate can be placed in either position. I think the 'shock lean' outward is an illusion of the camera. Looks good, Have you drivin it yet?

The truck is on dollies and with the camera angled up it just looks that way. Took it for a quick ride ( 10 miles ) ride quality is so smooth compared to before.I crawled under it when I got back and the panhard bar is level. This is a really nice set up. The kit it self is easy you just have to remember these trucks were built to be trucks and your trying to square up something that wasn't square from the factory.

Hey, even the corvette came out of the factory not square ! You should have seen mine when i got it and it had never been hit. It's not now.

Just a side note with Robs kit you can squeeze tail pipes on the truck. Now not only does it ride good but it is quite too. The truck rear is squared to 1/16 from side to side.

I would say that the lower mount is no really built for a coil over. The offset creates too much leverage. We used to a make a coil over mount kit but it wasn't a great seller. There are some on the market, but make sure the lower mount is double sheer. And, you need a 5" stroke shock and about a 200 lb spring, or softer. Shorter shocks = stiffer springs = bad ride.

Hey Rob, Im digging up an old thread here but I was wondering if you have a part number for a matching front bilstein shock? Im going for a med ride that handles well but I want it to ride really nice. I was thinking of getting this kit but would want matching shocks all around. Would the socal shocks or the doetsch tech shocks provide similar results?

I am one of the guys with a '67 LWB that does not have the 5/8" hole and I don't want to keep bugging Rob.

Here is a picture of mine form the driver's side. Ignore that my panhard bracket is not lined up yet. You can see my oval hole and also that I do not have the 5/8" hole that a lot of people have.
