Re: which disc brake kit to go with?
I don't really have a preference on 5 or 6 lug except i'm not changing anything on the rear right now and i think it would be stupid to have 5 lug up front and 6 in the rear. make it hard to find wheels.

Check with the BB vendors, they usually are competetive.

Re: which disc brake kit to go with?
I know switching to a 5-lug up front means the rear won't match, and also means your current wheels won't fit. The only reason I suggest 5-lug, is because there are a lot more wheel options available in a 5-lug, if you plan on going with aftermarket wheels in the future. Of course, this means changing the rear also and none of your wheels fitting.
