Utoh! Is your truck channeling "Christien"? You let someone else touch Franke and Franke put them in the hospital? Scary!

Seriously, I hope your upholstery guy get better.

I stopped by today and he needed the bows welded together, so I took them back home and had them back in an hour. Looks like slow going though.

Re: ** YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN ** The truck Chevrolet should have built.

Saturday night picture time!!

The first 2 are from when my middle child went to get her learners permit and her first ever drive on a public street was in Young Frankenstein. She'll never forget that one!!

The next 3 are some headliner progress. Judging by his age, I'd say Walt's got plenty of experience!!! It looks so great! Sadly, he's talking of this being his last job since he has been so sick. He is really stoked about doing it, kind of like his last hurrah - going out on top. I'm honored he feels that way about my creation.

Very nice Drew. Your daughter looked a little nervous in the pics. Who could blaim her? The headliner is looking great!

Re: ** YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN ** The truck Chevrolet should have built.

Ahhhh, the joys of teaching our young ones (but not so young anymore) to drive. I've taught my 3 daughters and my son will start next year. Drew, your truck has been a joy to follow. The headliner installer pick a nice job to finish his career on.

Enjoy the summer!

I would have been nervous too if I had no idea how fast I was going in that beast, especially my first time out driving

I was coaching her on her speed so she wouldn't have to look over to the glove box side.

Re: ** YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN ** The truck Chevrolet should have built.

Oh man, he's rolling now!

Its a combination of bow type headliner and custom made hardboard pieces to cover up lots of the raw metal in these trucks. He also completely solved my roof support beam!

Sorry for the crummy cell phone pics.
