1970blazin,
I am Hardrock2's girlfriend, I have never posted on here before, but I have spent many a night up to the wee hours of the morning reading all the neat things on here about the old trucks. And, I can tell you from being with him all over the countryside looking for 67-72 trucks that not everyone can see the diamond in the rough in these trucks, but it is there. It doesn't matter what everyone else thinks, there is good in all the old trucks. Somewhere, and there is someone who will want your suburban, be patient. The bests trucks made are the 67-72 bodystyle Chevy GMC trucks and they are a dying breed, the idea is to save them not cut them down, you are right to hold up for your truck, I know Hardrock2 is that way too, and if more people don't, the trucks will disappear like the unicorn, then they will only be a dream! Good Luck selling your suburban, we would like to see it too, but, we are too far away. Hardrock2s Girlfriend

Thanks Hardrock2's girlfriend! I'm not going to let a few bad comments ruin it for me. I love these trucks, but we can't own them all Anyone else interested just let me know. I can lower the price! How does $1000 sound?

1970Blazin:
Consider the source of these negative comments. Don't let one person ruin for you. I'll bet the originator of the comments wasn't man enough to tell you in person, so he came to this forum, hiding behind his computer.. I rest my case. |

ttt for you, to go along with the lowered price post. I think it's well worth the money you're asking, I only wish you were closer That's in much better shape than 99% of the nearly original 67-72s' you'll find around here in Central Illinois!

Last burb I bought was in similar shape and I paid a little more. However, wife saw it coming down the driveway on the wrecker and has been p*$$ed ever since. I have had 5 years of grief over that. Would you take wife for even swap? and I'll change my phone number....
I bought a 69 shortbed for $671 eight years ago. I messed with it for a long time and sold it for $6,000. The comments I heard were much worse than you got here. I have never seen a bad 67-72 anything. Even the two I bought of wreckers looked good to me. Even their parts lying on the garage floor looked beautiful.
