must be another 67 difference from 68-72's
the bottom crossmember is from my 67 and the other from a 69. It is easier to get the exhaust higher up on the 69 crossmember than my 67 one.

Dang, I didn't have one of those (3ott) but man I have found a few odd differences on my '67. Maybe we should start a thread of differences for '67 trucks. Ignition switch, bezel, Tailgate (thanks 67chevy1series I have a correct one), parking brake, dash bezel, choke cable, visor clips, ash tray, vin tags, rear view mirror brackets, frame dimples (lack of) for PS, blah ,blah so many little things!
