2" or 3" trim rings...need pictures of both
I just got my factory steelies powder coated and I need to replace the trim rings. I just don't know whether to go with 2 inch or 3 inch deep. I see plenty of pics here of trucks with trim rings but it is hard to tell what size wheel and what size trim ring they are. It would be nice to see some examples of both on a 15x8. Thanks!

omodified: i think the wheel you have will show you witch size ring you need. on mine only the 2" would work because of the wheel width. on a rally wheel you might be able to use the 3", mine are just regular steal wheels so i went with the 2"...hopes this helps...the 3" does look better if they will fit.

Re: 2" or 3" trim rings...need pictures of both
Thanks ole dollor. So now my question is how are they measured? I have trim rings now (all beat up) but I am unsure of what I really have. I would think that wider does look better. Still hoping to see a few pics of each...

Re: 2" or 3" trim rings...need pictures of both
if you have the wheels like mine the 3" will not go on, take one of your trim rings and see if it will fit your wheel, if i am right the 3" trim rings will only fit the rally type factory wheels they were deeper where the rings went on, my wheels were the standard cheepy wheel that g m. produced...did yours have bolt on center caps...

Here are a few good shots of what I have. Yes, my caps do/did bolt on.
It seems like I have seen rings that are deeper(wider) than the ones I have.

Re: 2" or 3" trim rings...need pictures of both
I have 15x8 rallies with the two-inch rings. To my eye, the 3-inch rings cover up too much of the wheel.
One other thing: No whitewalls or raised white letters.
