the one on the left it has the throttle lock it worked fine when pulled out of truck.$300 I can't ship so local pickup.

Its for high idle or for a wench. you can pull it and rest your foot for a little bit and if out west were your on flat land as far as you can see. it doesn't make a good cruse control
