Need belt number for Vintage Air Sanden Compressor

Could someone who is running the Vintage Air or Old Air aftermarket setup with Sanden Compressor please post the belt brand and number? I have my compressor mounted but don't have a starting place to figure out the belt. It would be nice to just go and pick one up without the trial and error method. Thanks!

Need more info. Old Air? Vintage Air? Driver or passenger side? Long or short water pump?

Re: Need belt number for Vintage Air Sanden Compressor

I just got my vintage air system charged and running yesterday. I ordered the v belt for our trucks from rockauto and it seems to fit. It's a dayco. I'll get the number off it tomorrow.

Re: Need belt number for Vintage Air Sanden Compressor

I'm using a gates 7395. I bought like five different belts trying to make it fit correctly. I was annoyed that they didn't include a belt, although I love the kit, it works great, and vintage air's Customer service was excellent.

Re: Need belt number for Vintage Air Sanden Compressor

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you.

It would definitely be helpful if VA listed part numbers for belts and a few other things you've got to have to get it together. A list of necessary tools would be helpful as well.

Anyway, the belt I used was Dayco 15570 and it works fine. Earlier I said I got it from Rock Auto, but I was wrong. I pulled the Delco PN from RockAuto but ended up going to Pep Boys and asking for the AC belt for a 72 Chevy Pickup with 350 V8 (short H2O pump).

Good luck.
