Valve stem on inside of rim?

my dad picked up some 6 hole deep dish 8" chev rims today, the guy at the tire shop said they were off the old chevs like ours? has anyone heard of these, the valve stem is on the inside of the rim, the guy said they used to be like that, what trucks are these rims off exactly?

Someone on this board posted that his truck had those rims...they were optional on 4WD

we did a truck for a guy and he had Budnick make him a set of wheels for for the truck and the valve stem was on the inside, they looked killer with a rounded bead and nothing sticking out. But they were hell to fill w/ out scratching the rim.
