Did this come off of my truck?

I found this in my old misc. nuts & bolts can. I seem to remember it coming off the truck years ago but not sure if it was the truck or another project. Any ideas as to what it is or where it went? It's approx. 2.5" x 3"

I've seen tags like that on chassis', but I don't remember seeing one on my '69 when we disassembled it. And, as far apart as we went with it, I'd have seen it.

Yup. Radiator tag. My local radiator shop has a pile of those and can decode them by heart. His Corvette and Hemi customers pay big $$ for the right tags.

Re: Did this come off of my truck?

I'll go look on my old radiator....uhhh, it WAS on my chassis at one time....maybe FoMoCo chassis' have something similar. I've been underneath more than 10 vehicles in my lifetime.

Looked on every corner and both sides and ends and nothing on my radiator...and it is the Harrison 4-row unit that came on the truck....unless GM did some work on it early in its' life.
