First do you weld the cup of the bracket or just sit it in the lower arm?

and does any one sell these in the Oklahoma area? want to pick up soon hate to wait!

The cup just sets in the lower a-arm.

I would get the upper bag plates and lower cups from www.PorterbuiltFabrication.com.
