column cover ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, to hide column shift
ive read a few posts of guys lookin for a cover to hide the column shift, after changing from column shift,to floor shift,,,,i think these might work http://www.julianos.com/column_shift_cover.html

so if I'm not mistaken these cover the hole where the colum shift was after you converted to floor shift
