C10 gathering at Shades of The Past - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Another board member mentioned this to me, so I thought I'd make a thread and see what happens.

The Shades of The Past car show/rod run will be coming up Sept. 7-8in Pigeon Forge, TN. We may try to have an "informal" get together at the Fuddruckers on Collier Drive on either Thurs. or Friday night. Fuddruckers isn't in the middle of Pigeon Forge, so it won't be too crowded, but still only minutes away from all the cruising action on the strip(if you take the correct route).

I'm up for some good food and hangin out with some truck buddies. Who else wants in?

Ok, it looks like the official word is we will be meeting at Fuddruckers at 7pm on Thursday night Sept 6th.

All show trucks, .. or just drivers meeting in the parking lot? I can bring my GMC up but it's not the caliber of yours or some that I saw last year at SOTP.

Just whatever you want to drive to the parking lot. It's just mainly hanging out, meeting board members, and talking trucks. Also eating a good burger while doing all this.

You will NOT be disappointed. This"IMHO"is the best outdoor event anywhere.I look foward to it 362 days a year.Some friends and I meet on Thursday am in Lula and have a nice cruise to shades.

Now that is what I'm talking about. I don't know if anyone got a truck count but that is impressive. Hats off to the C/10 club.

Who is running 350 engine with turbo 350trans and 3:08 gears thats going and will be driving?It would be nice if someone would let me store a truck and 18' trailer for a couple days at their place. I'll pay rent. If I get to come.
