angles for firewall

does anyone happen to know the angles of the metal that goes from firewall to the angled foot area then the angle from the foot area to floor pan? im having a guy bend sheet metal for my firewall and floor pan and he needs to know what angles to bend

I get 50 degrees at the toeboard to floor on mine but I will check some of the trucks in waiting in the morning.It seems that every one of these trucks are a little different.

Thanks i might just see if he can come out and do the measurements at my shop just to be sure everything is at where it is suppose to be

That would be a good idea.I is allways good to see somthing that you are building.
i would have him make it a little big so you can trim to fit.

im using about a 5x10 chunk of sheet metal and im gonna have him bend it so that i can have firewall, floor pan all in one chunk so all i have to do is weld the solid piece. makes less welding and itll look smoother imo

would you be able to give any advice for how to do cab mounts to the floor pan if im completely replacing everything. ive got the mounts from the frame up made just dont know how to do the connecting to cab part now

i made mine out of some 12ga I had they went together easier than I thought.i have a couple pics here

almost the bottom ot the page.I think I have more and some stock dementions. I will gather them up and post what I have Later when my wife gets done with the computer. I just made mine last week so memory should be good.

I am going to get this kit and use the parts that I need. The shackle bushings and the pads.
