Starting the project all over again.

Finally got the bug to start working on my 72 2wd again. I haven't worked on it in about 5 years. My son is now past the point where he probably knows more about it ( welding , Paint , fabrication) than I do. So he is going to help me get it started. Most importantly I have the bosses approval to at least start spending money again. Not going to do anything spectacular. Basic air bag system (looking for ride comfort, not a up and down roller coaster and I could care less about laying frame), New Vintage Air ( I am way to old to ride around in the Texas heat And I have owned to many old cars that the air didn't work), And I will probably just get some type of crate motor. Maybe a 300 hp 350 or ?? with TBI. Not that I dont know how to build a motor, but I always seem to get started simple and things get out of hand with HP and displacement. I will get some pics posted as soon as I get all of my sons extra race car parts out of the back and clear all of the cobwebs out.And finally converting the front end over to a 67 style fornt clip. I will probably be looking for help with the air bag stuff as that is all new to me. Got to just keep the personal banker happy. I will post more of my plans later with the pics.
