Re: Parting 69 GMC 1 ton

Well, I originally was looking at the C30 mirrors, but i have been debating trying to make some work with my wedgie. I am needing heater controls for sure. I can't remember what else this ol pig needs.

do you know if the front suspension is the same on a C20 and a C30?

Re: Parting 69 GMC 1 ton

The mirrors are gone.
Here's a good sway bar with brackets for $60 shipped to FL. You will need new rubber bushings and some bolts.
Thanks,
Ray

Hi Ray
I'm not sure what minimal play means? I'm looking for something that operates correctly. ?? Thanks

John

Re: Parting 69 GMC 1 ton

The hinges have a small amount of play at the pin, but function fine. They are not worn out.

All of my mirrors are cloudy. $5 plus shipping.

Thanks,
Ray

Re: Parting 69 GMC 1 ton

Ray you don't happen to have a top roof panel that is in good shape do you? Shipping would probably kill it but if you did (Greyhound or UPS) how much would it cost me? Thanks!

Hi,

I ended up picking up 4 16.5" dually wheels last weekend that don't fit my 69. They were on a '72 that apparently had slightly bigger hubs and lugs. Let me know if you might be interested.

Hi Ray,

Wondering about that manual in the first pic. Might be nice to have one for my truck.

Re: Parting 69 GMC 1 ton

El Campo...I have a 72, but I won't be parting it for a couple of months. It would be at least $300 shipped to TX

Fogline...Sorry, the manual is gone.

Thanks,
Ray

Re: Parting 69 GMC 1 ton

Yea that is what I figured... paid less than that for the whole cab haha. I will try to locate one around here. Had a handle on one but haven't completed the deal yet.
