Well I saved one today 72 long bed c10

I was out working today driving down a back road and saw a ol boy dragging a beat up ol c10 across his field with a tractor. So me being me I stopped to talk to him and eyeball this rig. Needless to say he was about to take it to the scrap yard cause his wife wanted it gone. I would say is farm ruff floors are shot rockers gone but it's a 72 long bed with tool box on passenger side with ac cab all glass intact. Has 373 posi with a 350 and auto trans needs a starter and a flywheel he says. So after a lil bs'n I got title in hand for $200. I got a couple pics if I only knew how to post from a iPad ugh but I'll get some up later. But another one saved from the crusher lots of goodies to pull if I don't get it up and running I want the posi for my 71 I'm doing my frame off on.

Good deal! To post pics you need to be able to upload them to a pic host or a personal web page. Then go advanced when you reply. Theres a tool icon you click then enter the web address.

If you had the time and money there is so much patina on that truck it would be cool to redo the power trian, brakes etc and drive it with the patina.

That's a buy. I wish I had an a/c cab or even an aftermarket a/c. I found an aftermarket a few weeks ago called the guy and had it all set up to get and the day I was suppose to ge it called and he said he was selling it to someone else because he didn't think I was serious!! Man people these days. Again awesome buy!!!

Harpie, nice find. If you decide to part it out I am interested in the toolbox door or if you know where I could find one I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Nice save. Lots of nice to have parts on it if you choose not to make it a driver.

Any pics of the SPID options list yet?

I love it! Wow, some people really don't know how much something is worth when they go to sell it. I mean, that outer grill alone is in very decent shape, and goes for over $300 new.
