Air ride instal help

as Liverat can attest, wiring is my demon, does anyone have a install diagram they can pm me?

I don’t have the install directions, I HATE electrical, whom ever invented the word Ohm is sadistic, Om is for meditation – relieves stress not creates it!
Anyways, the relay harness is straight forward cause the wires are labeled. Switch box connects to the computer, easy enough. That big black coil thing plugs to the black of the computer, easy again. From the black coil of wires to the multi colored wire coil with the 4 plugs, ok, don’t know which ones to plug into on the valve assembly. For the really stressed out part is 1* the multiple colored coil of wires that plug into the computer (2 plugs) that are un-ended(made that term up), what to do? And 2* on the valve manifold those 1/8’ red inlets – would they be needed for the gauges?
3* how do I wire up for the tank (even though I haven’t decided if I’m using a tank), am I missing some wires or are those in the ball of mult colored wires, god, I need a drink now..

I’m ok with hooking the air lines (mechanical)

thx in advance

Al.

Re: Air ride instal help

Is This is a ride tech kit?
It looks like it.
I believe if you go on their website under support or help, you can download wiring diagrams. Other wise I have a set of installation instructions at my shop.
Let me know

Looks like your missing some parts. The 1/8 red ports go to 4 pressure sensors. The pressure sensors have a wire that provide an input to the computer.

You've got an older system. Here's the instructions you need:

Re: Air ride instal help

What you have is the E1 digital controller and Big Red valve. Your controller is missing the pressure sending units that send the pressure reading to the brain for the digital gauge. This was one of our first digital systems and is not near as advancedd as the current E3 system. The pressure senders your missing run $40 each and you would need 4 of them. You will also need a 1/8 FNPT to 1/8 Line Bulkhead to mount the senders. They are $10ea. The airline off gauge ports will then run to the senders.

I can email you the original instructions for the kit if you would like.

You can also call or email me direct with any questions. 812-481-4732 or Mike@ridetech.com
