Re: what is this from?

It's just an aluminum version of the cast iron one. No difference performance wise.
IIRC they came on some 305's.

Re: what is this from?

I have a mid seventies 350 with 882 heads and the stock cast iron intake and q jet carb. Will this manifold bolt up with no modifications in place of the cast iron?

It's lighter and will disapate heat better. I'd put it on if I had it.

Re: what is this from?

Ok thanks guys I will be swapping the manifold in about a week once I get the heads and block cleaned up. They both have a lot of blocked openings on the water passages which basically blew my head gaskets and put water in the oil.

Re: what is this from?

I replaced the cast iron version on my 454 with a performer. Went from sluggish to a neck snapping tire roaster. Runs SO much better in general.

I suggest getting rid of it...particularly if you are running a square bore, like a Holley. That one is designed for a spread bore (Q-jet).

The only disadvantage with the modern manny is it doesn't look original.
