Update on my 1972 Super restoration

Only paint left is the hood, inner fenders, and undercoating the bottom.

Still having some complications with the 72 to 69 cab swap. Any good suggestions for the gas pedal?

Re: Update on my 1972 Super restoration

One of our members makes an adapter to put a 72 pedal in a earlier cab, put one in my 70...works great.
Do a search in here on gas pedal adaptor...or similar.
Truck looks good.

As close to stock as possible. My dad put electric ignition, headers, wheels, and a Edelbrock carb on it back in the day. I'll keep those, but as far as everything else I'm keeping it stock or very close to.

I would really like to keep the cable throttle system rather than the old rod type.

Today she was started up for the first time since 2008. She still runs like a champ!

No, just some leftover parts. I could never sell this truck - it was my dad's.

Thank you! I really wanted something that would honor the original colors. I'm very happy with the way this looks.
