Re: First try 66 stepside
It's great fun and can't think of too many people I'd rather work with, but he's had a full plate this summer and I'm sure he would have rather been working on the truck.

It is almost "Garage Season" here in Idaho, from the looks of your nice shop, it is indoors where you can get to it. I am having shop envy....

Re: First try 66 stepside
I hadn't seen your thread before, looks like a great project you are working on, make the most of these times with your Dad. My Dad passed last December, he was 84 and lived a long, and a good life. I miss him a lot, wish he was around to get his hands dirty with me.

Ooooh!!! I hope it is things that shine, and sparkle things and things that can be bolted on, and painted on. And Rubber things to seal out the cold and keep in the warm.

Re: First try 66 stepside
Hey Bubba! Things are going pretty good in Twin getting lots of industries moving here. I had to work about every weekend there was a car show this year. We're expecting a little one in January so the truck will be a good excuse to get out of the house for bit. Maybe catch a nap while installing the carpet kit right!!
Big order of fenders, weather stripping, bed strips and a ton bolts! Window felts, glass, seatbelts, CHROME GRILL!, lots of stuff to class up the old girl. |
