Re: Maiden Voyage

The black wheels look nice I think you made a good choice. How far did you go on the Maiden Voyage?

Re: Maiden Voyage

You may or may not agree with this suggestion, but I think (if it were mine) I'd slap some trim rings on it. The hot rod beauty rings would look good if that truck was sitting in my driveway with my name on the title. Of course, it's your truck but it's what I'd do. With all that black expanse of wheel and tire, it needs just touch more shiny stuff to keep the caps from shrinking.

But, your truck looks good.

Re: Maiden Voyage

Nice!
I have to agree with the beauty rings, but that is my taste.
I think these trucks are great and the different ways that people rebuild them is awsome

Re: Maiden Voyage

The truck looks super the way it is, but I'm thinkin' Shawno has something in mentioning the trim rings. The black wheels just work with the Patina...

Love the patina she has. Looks killer.

Any Details as to what you did to the suspension?

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Maiden Voyage

Great job Justin! I'd probably snap the trim rings on and take a look, you could take em back off if you don't like them. Killer truck either way!
